From 6 September 2011 National Savings and Investments have withdrawn the latest Issues of Index-linked Savings Certificates and Fixed Interest Savings Certificates from general sale.

The latest Issues of Savings Certificates had been on sale for almost four months (since 12 May 2011) and have proven to be very popular. When NS&I launched the Savings Certificates Issues they expected the amount invested to be substantial, and their expectations have now been met.

We will of course monitor the offerings from National Savings and notify you if another issue of these popular products becomes available.
