How we are paid

Our philosophy on fees:

Whether we are remunerated by way of commission or fees will be a matter of discussion between us and no charges or fees will  be incurred without prior notification in writing. However, the initial meeting is always free.

• Our fees are the same regardless of product, provider or service - this guarantees that you will be receiving totally independent and impartial advice
• Value for money - we believe our fees are competitive when compared to other advisers for similar services
• To be clear and simple at all times - our fee structure is uncomplicated and easy to quantify

Unlike many advisers and other professions we do not offer "fees by the hour" - why should you pay for the time we spend "on hold" with Call Centres or putting right the mistakes of other organisations.
